CWPM has delivered new Residential Aged Care facilities across NSW, including major projects in metropolitan Sydney and regional centres such as Lithgow and Bathurst.
Our in-depth knowledge of the sector combined with our intimate knowledge of the Australian Health Facility Guidelines ensures that we deliver Aged Care projects that enable high levels of care together with a genuine feeling of home for future residents.
CWPM has delivered some of the largest retirement and independent living villages in NSW for some of the largest providers.
Our understanding of the Retirement Villages Act ensures that we design and develop each facility to optimise the lifecycle of each asset and make future apportionment as simple and manageable as possible.
CWPM and its team of project managers has extensive experience in the successful delivery of projects in the Health sector. We have delivered entire hospitals, working closely with both NSW Health Infrastructure and Local Health Districts. We have undertaken infrastructure and asset upgrades and replacements and are fully conversant in working within the constraints of the ARRP model.
In the five years since CWPM was established, we have worked closely with 14 of the 17 LHDs in NSW and we are the lead project manager for the Rural Ambulance Infrastructure Reconfiguration program.
Local Government & Community Infrastructure
Local Government presents unique opportunities and challenges for the introduction of new facilities or the upgrade or replacement of existing assets.
Our experience has enabled us to approach each project from both the corporate and community perspective and maximise the benefits for both in the delivery of useful and rewarding facilities.
CWPM has been selected as an approved Project Manager for NSW Schools Infrastructure, a rigorous selection and approval process that exceeds the standard NSW Government requirements.
We have delivered our first major projects and are currently developing programs for several new projects across NSW.
CWPM has been intimately involved in the delivery of new facilities for some of the largest universities in NSW, including UNSW, Sydney University, Macquarie University, Western Sydney University, and Charles Sturt University.
We understand the complexity of delivering projects on active campuses and working closely with the broad range of stakeholders associated with such projects.
