CWPM has been appointed as project manager for the construction phase of the joint use library and community facility at Young High School. This library will be operated as a dual occupancy building, facilitating Young High School and the Hilltops Council Library.
Appointed by Schools Infrastructure NSW, CWPM has been delivering this library facility that includes a range of new learning spaces, multimedia rooms, children’s activity area, youth wellbeing hub, floor dedicated to the arts (including gallery spaces and specialised art spaces), coffee bar, Wiradjurti learning and cultural centre, new staff hub, new canteen, and new landscaping.
CWPM has led the project, through construction, contract management, through to handover and commissioning phase of the project.
